We’ve been coming to this 40-acre farm in beautiful Bucks County since 2011. The place is overflowing with fresh vegetables, fruits, flowers and herbs, and our table here is often one of the biggest of the season. Farmers Tom and Tricia have lovingly tended this land since 2006, using sustainable and organic farming practices that enrich the soil and make for some very sweet and delicious produce. And Tom gives one of the best farm tours — he’s hilarious and the jokes keep coming at the table. This year, we welcome guest chefs Scott Calhoun & Dave Feola to the field kitchen for the very first time. They’re big fans of live-fire cooking and a “snout-to-root” philosophy that utilizes every part of both animal and vegetable. Before opening their Philly restaurant Ember & Ash in 2020, Scott and Dave both cooked for some of the most celebrated chefs and restaurateurs on the East Coast, including Jeans-Georges, Stephen Starr and Marc Vetri. We can’t wait to see what they do with all the goodness growing at Blooming Glen.
