We’ll wander around the Cherry Grove Gardens smelling, tasting, touching and observing the many plants, both wild and domesticated, belonging to the Lamiaceae or Mint Family. These include Motherwort, Sage, Lemon Balm, Ground Ivy, Lavender, Self-Heal and many more. What are their common characteristics – physically, botanically, and medicinally – and how do they affect us? We’ll end our sensual walk with a taste of some teas, and maybe cordials, made from the various mint family herbs, together with some Cherry Grove cheeses.
Price: $20 per person. Children under 7 free.
