Here is a super simple recipe for a special favorite, grilled peaches – local peaches are in-season now and are oh so delicious!
Summer Grilling Recipe
- Fresh peaches, halved with pit removed
- Butter, melted
- Brown sugar (or honey)
- Hot sauce (optional)
Cut local peaches in half and remove pit. Brush melted butter on both sides and sprinkle a little bit of brown sugar on top. Grill on a hot grate 2-3 minutes each side. You can substitute honey for brown sugar and add a dash of hot sauce if you like. Absolutely delicious any way you do it. Enjoy!
