The Wrightstown Farmers Market is back for its 19th season, opening May 3 from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. at its beloved location: the Middletown Grange, 576 Penns Park Road, Newtown, PA. Opening Day kick off includes a free nasturtium plant giveaway and Monster Bubbles for the kids!

The market will be held every Saturday, rain or shine, through November 22 — with the exception of August 16, when it will be closed for the Middletown Grange Fair. Enjoy free, convenient parking and ready-to-eat food under the shade trees at our picnic tables. As always, only service dogs are permitted at the market.

Founded in 2006 by the Bucks County Foodshed Alliance, this producer-only market has blossomed into a thriving hub with over 35 vendors, all dedicated to connecting customers directly with local growers and makers. It’s more than just a market—it’s a place that feeds the community while sustaining regional agriculture.

Many fan-favorite vendors will be returning this season, including but not limited to Blooming Glen Farm, Rolling Hills Farm, Apple Ridge Farm, Sugar Maple Jerseys, Hollow House Farms, Solebury Orchards, Red Cat Farm, Solly Farm, Primordia Mushroom Farm, Holben Valley Farm, Purely Farm, Macungie Mountain Herb Farm, Community Baptist Church Farm, Manoff Cidery, The Coffee Scoop, Bubbly Goat Farm, BowlFace, Helpful Foodie, Jersey Pickles, Love Grown Grains, Annie B’s Sweets, Living Smart Granola, Fork’d Pierogies, LUV Superfoods, TheDogBoneGuy, BYRSA Olive Oil (formerly Mediterra), and more.

New vendors joining the lineup include Allen Bread Co., Hundred Fruit Farm, Chef’s Key Lime Pies, 21 Locks Brewing Co, Little B’s Gluten Free Baked Goods, Divine Earth Gardens, Saporito (Pasta), and Penn Grows—bringing fresh flavors and unique offerings to the market throughout the season.

“We’re thrilled to bring back many of our popular events,” says Market Manager Cheryl Gilmore. “From our free Ice Cream Sundae Making Day on July 12th and Live Monarch Butterfly Tent to our crowd favorite Pie Contest, Apple Tasting, and the always-spirited Howlin’ Halloween, there’s something for everyone.”

In addition, we’re pleased to reintroduce “The Vendors Table” on select dates, offering customers the chance to sample a variety of vendor products while shopping the market. Weekly live music and engaging kids’ activities will continue as part of our regular offerings as well.

Gilmore is especially excited for the return of the highly anticipated 2nd Annual Farm to Chef Fundraiser Dinner, set for September 6 at Hollow House Farms in Buckingham Township. This special evening brings together local chefs and farmers to create a memorable dining experience under the stars. Tickets will be $150 per person and will go on sale in June, with proceeds helping to secure a permanent winter home for the market.

The market proudly continues its participation in the SNAP (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program), with this season’s match partner to be announced soon.
